Quality Inspection
Establish quality standards for all products and services provided by Mark Taylor Resourcing.
Create rules for standards and communicate them to the relevant client or staff to ensure quality levels are maintained.
A quality inspection involves examining, measuring and testing various characteristics of a product and comparing those results with specified requirements to determine whether there is conformity. Quality Control is critical to deliver products that meet customers expectations.
Our goal is to ensure that each product is inspected to the highest standards under the guidance of professional management.
In order to achieve this goal:
- We employ highly trained and qualified inspectors
- We ensure all our inspections are kept to a high standard.

Harness Overlays
Harness Overlays
At MT Resourcing we provide highly qualified and skilled automotive harness technicians.
The responsibilities of a wire harness technician include reading engineering drawings, ECR (Engineering Change Request), RFR (Request For Rework), QIR (Quality Inspection Request), adding wires and soldering wires to connectors. Adding terminals to wires and splicing to harness specification.
MT Resourcing have expertise in reworking wire harnesses for all different types of products, including electronics and automotive wire harnesses. When it comes to wire harnesses for vehicles, we recognize that quality, reliability, and connectivity are all serious safety concerns. Our very highly skilled and experienced technicians are more than capable of handling these reworks.
Wire harness reworks may be required for a number of different reasons, whether it is due to obsolescence, manufacturing defects or damages from shipping. Whatever the issue with your components, MT Resourcing is ready to perform professional, reliable wire harness reworks.
We carry out the following services:
- Manufacturing and repair of vehicle wiring assemblies
- Basic circuit testing
- Understanding task requirements and completing as assigned.
- Strip small wires or cut small wires, using hand tools.
- Crimping and Splicing
- Adding overlays / wire circuits
Vehicle Trimming
Our team of technicians can carry out both exterior and interior trim rectification on all types of vehicles. Our team also makes sure to include all safety measures to achieve the correct standard, applying vehicle protection methods to attain project goals effectively. We also aim to complete the project within the specified time frame provided by the client to achieve the customers deadline.

Containments
With the ability to work and integrate at any point within the manufacturing and delivery stages, our containment teams are highly skilled and experienced when it comes to inspection and rework of all aspects.
Environment and Safety:
The safety of our technicians and customers is important to our business and is ensured through the following:
- Taking Attendence
- Inductions for Site Safety
- Risk assessments
- All PPE requirements are provided
- Hazard reporting, Accident prevention, near-miss
Process Audit:
All containments are documented using extensive Work Instructions. This supports operator training and are regularly audited by our Supervisor and confirmation management team.
Relevant tools, measurement & equipment is provided by MT Resourcing and maintained through our own equipment control & calibration procedures.
Management Support:
Our management team are available to our customers to ensure we can react quickly to their requirements in a short notice and carry out regular performance reviews on agreed targets.
We provide daily reports including:
- Activity breakdown
- Inspection Quantity, reworked, quarantined
- Defect report
- Working Hours
- Status of activity, closed/open.
- Cost tracking
CSL1 and CSL2 Support
In manufacturing, regardless of industry, errors may occur. Firewall inspections are processes to check for defective material, to protect the client and to ensure that all quality issues are quickly identified.
The information from the inspection is important and must be used to assist process improvements. This is where MT Resourcing personnel experience can help customer specific requirements.
CSL1: Controlled Shipping Level 1 is a process to detect non-conformities, root cause analysis, possible corrective actions according to the results and a verification process to determine the effectiveness of the corrective actions by inspection.
CSL2: Controlled Shipping Level 2 includes the same processes as Level 1, MT Resourcing inspection team will then carry out a full 100% inspection.
MT Resourcing can conduct the inspection of your Firewall or set up and manage the full process according on the the customer’s requirements.

Support Management
The autonomous support management would be undertaken by the MT Resourcing Management team based in the Midlands.

All associates are specifically recruited from the local area under our rigorous recruitment policy. We ensure that each recruit possesses the prerequisite experience and qualifications to fulfill the criteria of our exacting person specifications for each individual project.
We pride ourselves in knowing all our associates personally and being very selective in our choice of who we think worthy of representing our company. We consider that we are judged as a company by the performance of integrity of our associates.
Induction Training
Each recruit is given a specific induction to allow them to gain a high degree of competence working for MT Resourcing.

Confidentiality
All MT Resourcing personnel are made aware of the fact that due to the nature of our work and implications of commercial sensitivity that each project we undertake is strictly confidential and any breach of confidentiality could result in instant dismissal.
Health and Safety
When working on the client’s premises, MTR personnel are required to comply with the respective company rules and policies applicable at the time and any changes implemented throughout the duration of the project. It is the responsibility of the individual to familiarise themselves with the company’s Health and Safety and Good Working Practices Policy and Procedures.
